Berlin Yacht Club is a family friendly club with members from all walks of life who love to sail. There are three types of memberships open to new members:

Regular membership – Regular members have full rights to participate in racing and social events at the Club, may store a boat on club property, and are expected to serve on race committee at least once a year and help with occasional work parties such as opening the clubhouse in the spring.

Young adult membership – similar to active membership with the same privileges and responsibilities as active members, but young adult members ages 18 to 23 pay half dues.

Associate membership – Associate members have full rights to participate in racing and social events at the Club, but they may not store a boat on club property or launch a boat from club property. Associate membership is basically for persons who mainly want to crew on someone else’s boat, and do not own a sailboat. Associate members are expected to serve on race committee at least once a year and help with occasional work parties such as opening the clubhouse in the spring. Associate members pay half dues.

All questions must be answered in full and an application fee of $28.29 (including sales tax and fees) must be paid for the application to be considered.

• Associate Member $280.34 incl. tax (No boat stored, kept, or launched at BYC)

• Youth Member $280.34 incl. tax (Ages 18-23 full membership privileges)

• First Year Trial Member $106.18 incl. tax (Full membership privileges)
